The Clio is certainly not the last Renault in this list – Renault is, after all, one of the most successful brands in the Car of the Year election – but it is the smallest. The latter is partly because it's the Clio I that reaches the Top 50, and not one of its successors, which are all slightly larger. The 2006 Clio was also named Car of the Year, but by too small a percentage to make the Top 50.
